We ship to Italy, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, always with tracking. You receive the tracking code by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

We pack and ship your order within 48–72 hours. After that, delivery time depends on the courier.

Free shipping to Italy and the whole European Union on orders from €150. Standard rates: Italy €7, Germany and Austria €9.90, rest of the European Union €14.99, United States and Canada €39, Australia and New Zealand €98, Chile €49. You see them in the cart, before paying.

For shipments outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes are borne by the recipient and are shown, where available, at checkout.

If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and write to us within 48 hours using the Contact page: we deal with the courier and send you a new stamp.
