Returns, withdrawal and guarantee

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no explanation needed, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 52 et seq.).

How it works:

1. Write to us within 14 days of delivery using the Contact page, quoting your order number.
2. Ship the stamp back within 14 days of your notice, intact, clean and in its packaging.
3. We refund the amount paid, initial shipping included, within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The stamp must reach us without damage beyond what is needed to try it.

Lifetime guarantee against breakage

The Stampify stamp is made from solid 304 stainless steel, with no welds. If it cracks or warps during normal kitchen use, we replace it. Forever, with no time limit.

To claim it, write to us with a photo of the piece and your order number, or the email used for the purchase. We’ll tell you how to proceed: in most cases we ship a new stamp directly.

The lifetime guarantee covers breakage and deformation. It does not cover scratches, signs of use, oxidation caused by aggressive detergents, deliberate impacts or uses other than the intended one.

Legal guarantee

The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code for defects present at the time of delivery remains valid.
